He tried to bribe the policeman for the black windows/ The driver suffers in Tirana

A person attempted to bribe a police officer after being stopped in Tirana for a traffic violation.

It is about the citizen with the initials EK. The latter was stopped by the services of the Traffic Police Commissariat on Kosovar Street with a vehicle with tinted windows.

At the moment when the Police officers asked the EK citizens for the authorization for the tinted windows, he tried to bribe them, offering them a sum of money, in order to avoid the administrative measure, because he had put the black windows on the vehicle without the relevant authorization.   

Following the actions, the procedural materials were referred to the Prosecutor's Office at the Court of First Instance of the General Jurisdiction of Tirana, for the criminal offense "Active corruption of persons exercising public functions"./ CNA.al
