They were selling cocaine doses/ 4 arrested and one wanted in Pogradec

After 4 months of investigations, the Pogradec police have finalized the "Portions" operation, within which they arrested 4 people who were selling cocaine and another was declared wanted.

Investigations suspect that the four arrested and the wanted person, in collaboration with each other, sold cocaine in doses in the city of Pogradec.

After 4 months of investigation, the operation codenamed "Portions" is finalized, cracking a case of cocaine trafficking.

Investigations identified 5 citizens who were selling cocaine in the city of Pogradec. 

One of them was caught driving without a license, the vehicle in which a quantity of cocaine was found. 

4 of them are arrested, and efforts are underway to capture the accomplice.   

Dozens of doses of cocaine, 2 vehicles and 10 cell phones, which were suspected of being used for this criminal activity, were seized.  

Continuing the work to crack down on the criminal activity of selling narcotics, specialists from the Narcotics Investigation Section, as a result of investigations conducted for 4 months, under the direction of the Prosecutor's Office, have organized and finalized the operation codenamed "Portions".

As a result of the operation, the following citizens were arrested in flagrante delicto for the criminal offense of "Production and sale of narcotics", committed in collaboration: 

EA, 29 years old, DA, 18 years old, A. Sh., 18 years old and a 17-year-old, resident of Pogradec.

Citizen A. Sh. was arrested by the Police while driving without a driving license. During the search of the vehicle, a quantity of cocaine was found.

Also, citizen LG, 20 years old, was declared wanted. 

Investigations suspect that these 5 citizens, in collaboration with each other, at different times, have sold cocaine in doses in the city of Pogradec. 

The procedural materials were transferred to the Prosecutor's Office at the First Instance Court of General Jurisdiction in Korça, for further action.
