Greek customs officers on strike/Here are the closure schedules tomorrow at 4

The Border and Migration Department of the State Police has shared today the details of the blockages occurring on Monday at the country's border points with Greece, due to the strike announced by Greek customs employees.

The closures will be at the following times:

From 07:00 to 11:00 (Albanian time), at the Kakavija and Tre Urat checkpoints (Përmet);

From 05:00 to 09:00 (Albanian time), at the Kapshticë (Korça) and Qafë Botë (Saranda) border checkpoints.

Due to this strike, vehicle movement at these border crossing points will be suspended during these time intervals.

According to information provided by the Ioannina Border Police, during this period only pedestrians without luggage and emergency medical cases (ambulances) will be allowed to cross.

On this occasion , all citizens and drivers who have planned to travel to Greece are appealed to postpone their trip until the end of the strike hours, in order to avoid gatherings at the aforementioned border crossing points./CNA
