Sentenced to 16 years in prison/Extradiated from Greece, the 39-year-old

A 39-year-old man who was declared an international wanted person has been extradited from Greece to Albania.

The Shkodra Court has sentenced the 39-year-old to 16 years in prison for armed robbery.

A citizen sentenced to 16 years in prison for armed robbery, committed in collaboration, is being extradited from Greece.

As a result of close cooperation between the structures of Interpol Tirana and the structures of Interpol Athens, the procedure for the extradition from Greece to Albania of citizen Eduard Vushaj, 39 years old, born in Shkodra, was finalized.

This citizen was internationally wanted, because in 2016, the Shkodra Court sentenced him to 16 years in prison for the criminal offense of "Armed Robbery".

In 2013, in the village of Grabom, this citizen, in collaboration with another citizen, stopped the vehicle in which 2 citizens were traveling, threatened them with a gun, took their money and the vehicle. He also injured both of them with a cutting tool (knife)./CNA
