Shot with shotgun at a person/ 27-year-old arrested

The services of the Shijak Police Commissariat, in cooperation with the investigative structures of the Durrës DVP, after receiving a report of a conflict that occurred in the Hamallaj sector, Fermë Sukth, organized and finalized the police operation codenamed "Shotgun", within which citizen ST, 27 years old, resident of the Hamallaj sector, Fermë Sukth, Durrës, was arrested in flagrante delicto.

This citizen, after a momentary conflict for weak motives, fired a shotgun at citizen Sh. H., 34 years old, resident of the Hamallaj sector, Sukth Farm, Durrës.

The investigative actions revealed that the shotgun was illegal and was seized as material evidence.

The materials were passed to the Prosecutor's Office at the First Instance Court of General Jurisdiction in Durres, for further action, for the criminal offenses of "Attempted Murder", "Disturbance of Public Order" and "Unlicensed Possession of Hunting and Sporting Weapons"./ CNA
