Tirana police have arrested a 39-year-old man who organized minors to steal.

Wanted, Xh. H., 39 years old, was arrested, after allegedly organizing 3 citizens aged 12 and 13 to commit various thefts in several areas of Tirana.

The 39-year-old has been convicted previously for the same crime.
