Albanian arrested in Italy with 1 kg of cocaine/ He was running the drug trade

An Albanian man has been arrested in Italy for allegedly running a drug trafficking operation while under house arrest. The domestic distributor, a forty-year-old Albanian, was arrested by the State Police.

According to reports from Italian media, confined to house arrest within the fourteen walls of his home, the Albanian had transformed his home into a drug trafficking center, where he received clients and handled deliveries without ever leaving the scene.

From a door near an emergency exit, he would wait for customers, who in turn would be checked by guards. Once the order was received, he would return home, take the required dose of the drug, and deliver it with ease.

During the search, over 1kg of drugs, including cocaine, cocaine and ketamine, were seized between the kitchen and the bedroom, either vacuum-packed or pre-divided into doses ready for retail sale.

During the search, two encrypted mobile phones were also seized from the seller, which were most likely used to manage sales and coordinate deliveries.

Part of the alleged proceeds was found in a drawer, from which 5,000 euros in cash emerged, divided into banknotes of various denominations.
