Në kërkim për korrupsion dhe shpërdorim detyre/ Vetëdorëzohet inspektori i IMT në Bashkinë e Tiranës

Inspektori i IMT në Bashkinë e tiranës, Klajdi Zhilla i shpallur në kërkim  është dorëzuar në polici ditën e sotme.

Lajmi është bërë i ditur nga policia, e cila njofton se Zhilla akuzohet për korrupsion dhe shpërdorim detyre, kryer në bashkëpunim.

Njoftimi i policisë

Në vijim të operacionit policor të koduar “Hapësira publike”,  specialistët e Sektorit për Hetimin e Korrupsionit në Drejtorinë për Hetimin e Krimeve Ekonomike dhe Financiare bënë ndalimin e shtetasit K. Zh., 35 vjeç, banues në Tiranë, inspektor i IMT, bashkia Tiranë, i cili u vetëdorëzua në Policinë e Tiranës.

Ky shtetas ishte i shpallur në kërkim, në kuadër të operacionit “Hapësira publike”, për veprat penale “Korrupsioni aktiv i personave që ushtrojnë funksione publike” dhe “Shpërdorimi i detyrës”, të kryera në bashkëpunim.

Materialet procedurale u referuan për veprime të mëtejshme në Prokurorinë e Posaçme kundër Korrupsionit dhe Krimit të Organizuar.
