Incited minor boys to injure a person/ Father and 16-year-old son arrested

A father and son have been arrested by the Shkodra police after being wanted for an injury committed on July 20, 2025.

VD, 43 years old, and his minor sons, 14 and 16 years old, stabbed citizen PG, 33 years old, after a conflict.

The father is charged with "inciting minors to commit a crime," while the 16-year-old son is charged with "intentional murder," committed in collaboration and remaining an attempt.

Police announcement:

Two citizens (father and son) wanted for an injury committed a few weeks ago are arrested and detained. 

The knife suspected of being used for the injury was found in their apartment and seized.

Specialists for the Investigation of Crimes against the Person, in cooperation with the services of the "Eagle" Special Force, as a result of intensive checks, have captured and handcuffed the following citizens: 

-VD, 43 years old, resident of the village of Gruda, for the criminal offense of "Pushing minors into crime";

-his 16-year-old son, resident of the village of Gruda, for the criminal offenses of "Intentional Murder", committed in collaboration, attempted, and "Unlicensed Production, Possession, Purchase or Sale of Cold Weapons".

These citizens were wanted because it is suspected that on 20.07.2025, in "Prek Cali" Square, they physically clashed for weak motives with citizen PG, 33 years old, and during the conflict, the 16-year-old, in collaboration with his 14-year-old brother, stabbed the 33-year-old. 

The procedural actions for the 16-year-old and the 14-year-old (without criminal liability due to age) were carried out in compliance with the Juvenile Justice Code. / CNA
