Mega-operation for drugs in several cities/ More than 3 thousand cannabis plants

The State Police has continued the mega-operation of territory control in the field of cultivation of narcotic plants. This operation has also been extended to Krujë, Kurbin, Mirdita, Vau e Deja and Shosh in Shkodra.

About 210 police forces from the respective police stations, the Special Force "Shqiponja" and FNSH groups are involved in the operation.

Also, 12 Police drones were used to control deep mountainous areas and those with difficult terrain.

During the mega operation, 3095 plants and seedlings of cannabis sativa were recorded and destroyed (1600 seedlings and 1495 cannabis plants)

8 people have been announced as wanted by the police as suspects involved in this criminal activity.

In Krujë, controls were carried out in the territory of Bruz Zall village, Cudhi Administrative Unit, Krujë, where 300 suspected cannabis sativa narcotic plants were found and destroyed.

In Lezhë, checks were carried out in the area called "Bješkët e Ka?inari" in the Ka?inar Administrative Unit in Mirdita, where 500 plants and 1,600 seedlings cultivated in cubes, suspected of cannabis sativa, were found and destroyed.

Also, by the services of the Kurbin Police Station, 241 suspected cannabis sativa plants were found and destroyed in the village of Kuqna of the Milot administrative unit, as well as 16 other suspected cannabis sativa plants in the village of Zheja of the Mamurras administrative unit.

In Shkodër, controls were carried out in Dardhë village, Shosh Administrative Unit, Shkodër, where 180 suspected Cannabis Sattiva narcotic plants were found and destroyed.

In Vau i Dejës, in the village of Dush, Vau i Dejës Administrative Unit, police services found and destroyed 200 suspected cannabis sativa narcotic plants.

And in Vaun e Deja, in the village of Vig, the blues have found and destroyed 58 suspected cannabis sativa narcotic plants.

The investigative structures, based on police intelligence, have declared 8 citizens suspected of being involved in this criminal activity to be wanted by the police, and the work continues to accompany them in order to clarify their position, whether or not they are involved in this criminal activity.
