Specialists for the Investigation of Illegal Traffic and Narcotics of DVP Korçë, based on the informational intelligence that two citizens in the city of Korçë, carried out the criminal activity of distributing narcotics, possessed firearms and ammunition without permission, as well as in their shared apartment, had collected cannabis in plastic cups, referred the materials to the Prosecutor's Office, which registered the criminal proceedings for the case.

After a 5-month in-depth proactive investigation, carried out by the Specialists for the Investigation of Illegal Traffic and Narcotics of DVP Korçë in cooperation with the Prosecutor's Office at the Court of First Instance of General Jurisdiction Korçë, the coded operation was successfully organized and finalized "Night sales".

As a result of this operation, the following citizens were caught and arrested red-handed:

- MP, 22 years old and Gj. R., 32 years old, both residents of Korça.

The Police Services have located the above citizens in neighborhood no. 10, Korçë, where during the physical control of the citizen M. P., and during the control exercised in the "Rang Rover" type vehicle used by the citizen Gj. R., several doses of suspected cannabis narcotics were found.

Following further procedural actions during the control exercised in the apartment rented by these two citizens, the police found and seized as material evidence 1 pistol-type firearm; 2 firearm combs; a quantity of combat ammunition; seedlings grown in plastic cups; 2 neon led lamps; 363.8 grams of suspected narcotic cocaine; a quantity of cannabis divided into doses, 1 electronic scale with residues of the narcotic substance cocaine and a quantity of lek that was allegedly obtained from this activity.

Work continues to identify and bring to criminal responsibility other citizens implicated in this criminal activity./ CNA
