The Prosecutor's Office of Tirana has reacted to the release from prison of Dan Hutra for the criminal offense of 'Domestic Violence'.

The prosecution announces that a protection order request has been filed for the EA citizen who was mistreated and threatened by Hutra.

1 year and 6 months in prison was requested for the author, but according to the prosecution, 1/3 of the sentence was reduced by the shortened trial.

"On 16.06.2022, citizen AH notified the police services that she felt threatened by citizen DH, who was in her apartment.

Për ngjarjen është pyetur edhe shtetasja K.H., e cila deklaroi se e bija është keqtrajtuar. Ajo ka deklaruar se ka biseduar me bashkëshortin dhe nuk duan që të kenë probleme me familjen dhe njerëzit e shtetasit D.H., dhe se kërkojnë që vajza të heqë denoncimin dhe të mos merret shteti me këtë punë. E pyetur nga ana e Policisë Gjyqësore nëse është kanosur nga shtetasi D.H., në banesën e saj, ajo nuk ka pranuar t’i përgjigjet kësaj pyetjeje.

Për këtë ngjarje, është plotësuar kërkesë për urdhërin e mbrojtjes së shtetases E.A.

Duke pasur parasysh se ky shtetas shfaq rrezikshmëri të lartë shoqërore si dhe nga verifikimet rezulton se shtetasi D.H., ka qenë person i dënuar për veprën penale “Vrasja për shkak të marrëdhënieve familjare”, parashikuar nga neni 79/c i Kodit Penal i dënuar me 25 vite burgim (kryer 13) pasi në vitin 2007 ka vrarë bashkëshorten e tij, shtetasen D.H., dhe bazuar në nenin 251/2 të Kodit të Procedurës Penale, u vendos arrestimi në flagrancë i këtij shtetasi.

The prosecutor of the case, Robert Kote, requested the sending to court of criminal proceedings no. 4719 of 2022 with the defendant citizen DH, accused of the criminal offense of 'Domestic Violence' provided by Article 130/a, first paragraph of the Criminal Code and requested his sentence of 1 (one) year and 6 (six) months jail. Since the trial was held abbreviated, it was requested to apply article 406 of the Code of Criminal Procedure to this amount of punishment, reducing it by 1/3 of the punishment," the statement says./ CNA.al
