The police have arrested AG, 60 years old, who threatened a 24-year-old man with a firearm in Elbasan. 

Artisanal weapons modified as firearms and combat ammunition were seized. It is learned that the incident happened as a result of conflicts for weak motives.

"He threatened a 24-year-old man with a homemade weapon modified as a firearm for weak motives. Thanks to the immediate response of the Police at the scene, the 60-year-old man was identified and arrested.

Handcrafted weapons modified as firearms and combat ammunition are seized.

Menjëherë pas marrjes së njoftimit se në bulevardin “Aqif Pasha”, dyshohej se një shtetas kishte kanosur me një armë, për motive të dobëta, një 24-vjeçar, shërbimet e Komisariatit të Policisë Elbasan kanë organizuar punën dhe kanë shkuar në vendngjarje, me qëllim vënien në pranga të autorit të këtij rasti.

Shërbimet e Policisë bënë të mundur identifikimin, kapjen dhe arrestimin e shtetasit A. G., 60 vjeç, banues në Elbasan, për veprat penale "Kanosja", "Prishja e qetësisë publike" dhe "Mbajtja pa leje dhe prodhimi i armëve, armëve shpërthyese dhe municionit", pasi nga veprimet hetimore të kryera në vendngjarje, rezultoi se ky shtetas kishte kanosur për motive të dobëta, me një armë artizanale të modifikuar si armë zjarri, një 24-vjeçar.

As material evidence, the weapon used for threats and a combat cartridge were seized.

The procedural materials were passed to the Prosecutor's Office at the Elbasan Court of First Instance, for further actions", informs the police/ CNA.al
