The appeal of GJKKO added another year to the former mayor of the Municipality of Lushnja, Fatos Tushe, meanwhile it is known that he was arrested today. 

We remind you that the Appeal of the Special Court against Corruption and Organized Crime found the former mayor of Lushnje, Fatos Tushe, guilty of violating equality in tenders.

This decision brings Tushe's sentence to 3 years and 4 months in prison. Earlier, Tushe was convicted in the first degree for abuse of office and allowing constructions without permission, being sentenced to 2 years and 4 months in prison. 

But now, the final sentence has been increased and Fatos Tushe is sentenced to 5 years in prison. The application of summary judgment brings his sentence to 3 years and 4 months. He must be returned to the cell to serve the sentence of 1 month in prison.
