The National Bureau of Investigation and the RENEA forces have raided the villa of Socialist MP Rrahman Rraja.

The surprise control took place in the early hours of this morning in the village of Zeze in the area of ??Nikla.

It was a decision of the Special Court of First Instance for Corruption and Organized Crime, issued in complete secrecy, dated January 17, 2023, without the presence of the parties and the court secretary, which approved the request of the Special Prosecutor's Office against Corruption and Organized Crime.

Sipas "Xhungël", objektiv i këtij aksioni, ka qenë gjetja dhe ndalimi i shtetasit Ramazan Rraja, 30 vjeç, banor i njesise administrative Nikël në zonën e Fushë Krujës. Hetuesit e BKH-se, të mbështetur nga grupet e depërtimit të repartit special RENEA, kanë mbyllur në rrethim në orët e para të së enjtes, vilën 3 katëshe në fshatin Nikël. Më pas, në zbatim të vendimit të Gjykatës Speciale, kanë hyrë ne ambjentet e brendeshme duke ushtruar kontroll te hollesishem ndaj çdo personi qe gjendej aty.

Agjentet e BKH-se, kane bastisur ne menyre te imtesishme çdo ambjent te viles, per te gjetur materiale apo prova ne lidhje me hetimin.

Ne vendimin e gjykates speciale, vila 3 kateshe sebashku me hapsiren perreth saj, e rrethuar nga nje mur i larte mbrojtes dhe e paisur me sistem sigurie me kamera, eshte percaktuar si objekt ne pronesi dhe ne perdorim te shtetasit Ramazan Rraja.

Hetuesit e BKH-se, kane mbetur te befasuar, kur ne banese ne vend te personit qe kerkonin, kane gjetur xhaxhain e tij, Rrahman Rraja, deputet i Partise Socialiste dhe familjen e tij.
