He sold contraband abortion drugs/ The pharmacist was arrested

Regarding the case broadcast on the investigative show "Stop", which was about a citizen (pharmacist) who sold smuggled drugs, we clarify that: 

The services of the Economic and Financial Crimes Investigation Section of DVP Tirana, immediately after the release of the footage, organized the work to capture and bring before the legal responsibility of the citizen who appears in the video. 

Following the actions, specialists for the Investigation of Economic and Financial Crimes arrested the citizen:

- HR, 53 years old, resident in Tirana, for the criminal offenses "Smuggling with other goods", "Trading and transporting contraband goods" and "Concealing income". 

The materials were passed to the Prosecutor's Office at the Court of First Instance in Tirana, for further action.

The Tirana Local Police Directorate thanks the media and citizens who report cases of illegality and invites them again to report any case of illegality, at the number 112, guaranteeing complete anonymity and an immediate and impartial response./ CNA.al
