The number of dismantled cameras in the city of Korça and Progradec reaches 48, as well as the number of citizens for whom in-depth investigations have been initiated.

The police of Korça dismantled 9 cameras placed in violation of the law and initiated investigations for 5 citizens, for unjust interference in private life.

Earlier, on January 28, Korça Police dismantled 39 cameras and initiated investigations for 9 other citizens.

Shërbimet e Komisariatit të Policisë Pogradec, në zbatim të detyrave të përcaktuara në kuadër të planit operacional mbarëkombëtar, të koduar "Fijet", i iniciuar nga Drejtoria e Përgjithshme e Policisë së Shtetit, si dhe me mbështetjen e inteligjencës informative, për vendosjen e paautorizuar të disa kamerave, në lagje dhe fshatra të qytetit të Pogradecit, me qëllim sigurimin e informacioneve, për qëllime kriminale, si dhe për të monitoruar lëvizjet e Policisë, kanë organizuar punën për evidentimin dhe çmontimin e këtyre kamerave, identifikimin e pronarëve të tyre, si dhe për dokumentimin e plotë ligjor të qëllimit të përdorimit.
