The family members of Ervis Martinaj, the much-wanted justice who has been declared missing since August 2022, have appealed to the Supreme Court.

The appeal is related to the sequestration of Martinaj's assets. They demand that the sequestration of assets be lifted.

We remind you that Martinaj's family members also asked the Court of Appeal to lift the sequestration, but the latter did not accept their appeal.

This is because the court deems reasonable the suspicions that these assets, mainly in Fushëkuqe, Patok and Lezhë, were placed by illegal activity.
