At "hellish" speed on the highway/ Police radars are causing havoc for drivers

The Traffic Police has conducted checks with radars and smart cars for drivers who violate the respective speed limits in certain road segments.

According to the official announcement, the police informs that in the last 48 hours, 3 vehicles were detected moving at high speed, from 137 to 230 km/h in different road segments. Specifically found are:

- 154 km/h to 167 km/h on the National Road;

- 203 km/h to 230 km/h on the Laç-Milot highway;

- 137 km/h to 141 km/h on the main interurban road Cerme-Lushnje.

Also, the measures taken against road traffic violations were not few, as 155 driving licenses were suspended and 2125 administrative measures were imposed for violations that are considered a potential risk for road incidents and accidents./ CNA.al
