Agjencia e Mbikëqyrjes Policore ka kryer sot ekzekutimin e urdhërit të Prokurorit për dy punonjës të policisë kufitare, të cilët akuzohet se i kanë vjedhur para dhe një telefon një emigranti.

Beëhet fjalë për efektivët me iniciale D. S. dhe R. XH., me detyrë Trup Shërbimi në Komisariatin e Policisë Kufitare Sarandë.

Ndaj tyre, Gjykata e Sarandës ka caktuar masën e sigurimit “Arrest në shtëpi” për kryerjen e veprës penale “Vjedhje duke shpërdoruar detyrën” e kryer në bashkëpunim, parashikuar nga neni 135 e 25 i Kodit Penal.

Ekzekutimi i këtij vendimi vjen pas një pune intensive hetimore, në vijim të ngjarjes së ndodhur më datë 25.01.2023, kur u ndalua punonjësi i policisë M. J. dhe u procedua në gjendje të lirë punonjësi i policisë D. S.
