Assassination in Fushë Krujë/ Valter Bami is accompanied again

The police have provided additional information regarding the assassination recorded at midnight on Monday in the village of Larushke in Fushë Krujë, where one person lost his life.

The Blues inform that 37-year-old Valter Bami has been escorted to the police station again. This, as complementary factors of shooting with firearms were found in his left hand.

Valter Bam's funeral took place today around 20:30, in the village of Greps in Nikla.

Meanwhile, the investigative group is conducting investigations for the complete legal documentation of the assassination.

We recall that the gunshots were aimed at Gentian Bejtjan, a well-known exponent of the world of crime, who escaped an assassination attempt for the third time.

His brother-in-law, Ramazan Sino, was killed by the bullets and his two sons were injured.

Police notification:

Following the investigative actions related to the event dated 03.07.2023, where in the village of Larushkë, Krujë, in the yard of the GB citizen's apartment, a firearm was shot and as a result the RS citizen lost his life around 04:00 a.m. on this date, the citizen of VB, 37 years old, was accompanied, who was given complementary factors and a statement related to the above event and then released, we inform you that:

Today, dated 07.06.2023, based on the response to the chemical examination act, it was found that in the left hand of the VB citizen, complementary factors of shooting with a firearm were found.

On the basis of this expert report, the Prosecutor's Office at the Court of First Instance of the General Jurisdiction Tirana has issued today, on 06.07.2023, the arrest order for this citizen for the criminal offense "Possessing without permission and manufacturing weapons, explosive weapons and ammunition", provided by article 278 of the Criminal Code.

Today, around 20:30, in the village of Greps, Nikël, the citizen VB, 37 years old, resident of Nikël, Fushë Krujë, was located, captured and escorted to the premises of the DVP Tirana.

Meanwhile, the investigations for the complete legal documentation of the above event continue intensively.
