A serious incident happened at noon today in the village of Bradashesh in Elbasan, where a 44-year-old woman was beaten to death with an ax by her brother-in-law. 

It is learned that the victim is a 44-year-old woman with the initials AQ. The author with the initials RT has been arrested by the police.
