Journalist Klodiana Lala's show "Në Shënjestër" revealed shocking, chilling details about the murder of Klevis Lleshi at the end of August 2020.

A murder for which the perpetrators were found after 5 years and the perpetrator who committed the crime for 50 thousand euros.

The show revealed details from the investigative file on how Klevis Lleshi's body was found a few months after the murder in December 2020 in an olive grove in the village of Shpërdhet in Kurbin by Kurbin police officers who were notified by citizen Edmond Kolaveri, who is the owner of the olive grove.

Kolaveri told the police that his dog brought him the skull and some bones, prompting him to later notify the police.

The remains found near the stream, where there had been a flood earlier, turned out to be those of Klevis Lleshi's relative. This was confirmed by DNA analysis, which completely matched those of Klevis Lleshi's mother.

The victim's mother had no doubt that her son had suffered the same fate as his father or other relatives of the Lleshi family, who had either been killed or disappeared under unclear circumstances.

The biological expertise concluded that the comparison of the genetic profile obtained from a molar of bone remains shows a genetic connection between mother and son, with the genetic profile of citizen Fatbardha Lleshi, according to the show Në Shënjestër.

But Klevis Lleshi's mother and relatives didn't wait for the remains to be found to begin their search for their loved one's killers. They began their investigation the day Klevis disappeared. / CNA
