The lawyer in Kukës is arrested/ He influenced the easing of the security measure of a person

The police have handcuffed the 38-year-old with the initials AC, a lawyer by profession. 

His arrest came as a result of cooperation between the Directorate of the Special Operational Force, in the DPPSH, and the Local Police Directorate of Kuka.

It is suspected that on 05.03.2021, when the lawyer was an employee at the Kukes Prosecutor's Office, he exerted illegal influence in order to ease the security measure imposed on the FI citizen

For the 38-year-old, the security measure "Arrest in prison" has been assigned, for the criminal offense "Exercising illegal influence on persons exercising public functions".

Meanwhile, the procedural materials were passed to the Special Prosecutor's Office against Corruption and Organized Crime, for further actions./ CNA
