79 actions and 68 citizens declared wanted/ State Police makes the balance of

5,511 police officers have been on the ground 24 hours a day, with the aim of preventing and combating election crimes, guaranteeing the freedom of citizens to choose and increasing the image of our country on the international level.

Even in this election process, the State Police not only maintained the standard achieved before in terms of the smooth running of the election processes in the country, but with professionalism and impartiality contributed to the further promotion of the legal and impartial role of the State Police structures. in these processes.

Following this, a completely innovative police unit, well-equipped and well-trained, has been institutionalized in the first week of the month, to guarantee maritime safety and to come to the aid of vacationers and tourists who will choose the coast of our country.

During the month of May, a total of 79 police operations were completed and 68 citizens wanted for various criminal offenses were arrested.

To prevent and attack the cultivation of cannabis, special police teams equipped with high-tech drones have completed 13 operations in the districts of Durrës, Lezhë and Shkodër. In total, as a result of the "Clean Territory", "Image" and "Clean Alps" mega-operations, 39,613 cannabis sativa seedlings and narcotic plants were destroyed. Several citizens were arrested for these cases, and investigative and operational actions continue to determine the authorship of other cases.

Following the war against narcotics, 17 operations were completed to detect and attack attempts to distribute, sell and traffic narcotics, as a result of which 2.3 kg of cocaine, 170 kg of cannabis sativa, 70 opium plants, cannabis oil were seized. and ecstasy.

In this area, during this month, we single out the coded police mega-operations "Kodra e Diellit 2" and "Reset", developed in Tirana and Vlora, in the framework of which 6 citizens were arrested. In Tirana, the 5 arrested citizens distributed cocaine in large quantities, while in Vlora, a citizen with a criminal record transported 10 packages with 104 kg of cannabis sativa narcotic.

In the field of crimes related to illegal possession of firearms, 6 operations were finalized for which 22 firearms and game were seized.

The police mega-operation coded "Arsenal", developed in Elbasan, had a wide public impact after it prevented a 53-year-old man with a criminal record, who kept an arsenal of 6 weapons in his apartment, from committing a criminal event for which he had threatened his wife and children.

During the month of May 2023, a number of criminal events were prevented in Vlora, Durrës, Elbasan and Dibër, which were intended to be committed due to family relationships or due to previous conflicts between citizens with a criminal record, as well as which could be committed using firearms.

In the field of prevention, it is worth highlighting the police mega-operation coded "The Plan", which, thanks to the information provided by the Elbasan Police, made it possible to prevent an assassination attempt against a citizen with a criminal record. Following this mega-operation, the main perpetrator and his accomplice were arrested, as well as the weapons that were to be used for the assassination were seized.

Megaoperacionet “Telegrami” dhe “Arkitekti”, të finalizuara nga strukturat qendrore të Policisë së Shtetit dhe nga Policia e Tiranës, goditën 2 raste të marrjes së shumave të konsiderueshme të parave, nga biznesmenë, me anë të mashtrimit. Nga këto operacione u sekuestruan 140 000 euro.

18 operacione dhe aksione policore janë finalizuar për të zbardhur dhjetëra vjedhje të kryera gjatë këtij muaji, si dhe për të vënë në pranga autorët e tyre.

2 operacione dhe aksione policore u zhvilluan për të goditur me forcën e ligjit, rastet e transportimit të emigrantëve nga vendet e treta, kundrejt pagesave 300-1500 euro, për kalimin ilegal të kufirit shtetëror, me destinacion final vendet e BE-së.

Në këtë fushë, për shkak të impaktit publik brenda dhe jashtë vendit, veçojmë operacionin policor të koduar “Strukturimi”, të zhvilluar në Kukës, i cili shkatërroi një rrjet ndërkombëtar të transportimit ilegal të emigrantëve. 6 shtetasit e huaj të vënë në pranga, anëtarë të këtij rrjeti të mirëstrukturuar kriminal, hapën zjarr mbi punonjësit e Policisë dhe iu rrezikuan atyre seriozisht jetën.

Përgjatë këtij muaji, shërbimet e Policisë kanë reaguar menjëherë, me korrektesë dhe humanizëm, për ofrimin e ndihmës për 13 turistë nga shtete të ndryshme, të cilëve iu rrezikohej jeta në det dhe në terrene malore të thepisura, në malin e Brretit, në Dukat dhe në Korçë.

Për ofrimin e ndihmës për turistët e izoluar në terrene të vështira malore, është angazhuar maksimalisht njësia e Policisë Alpine e FNSH Shkodër.

Gjithashtu, kontrollet në terren, të mbështetura nga inteligjenca policore, mundësuan goditjen e 82 rasteve të krimeve mjedisore, si dhe finalizimin e 4 operacioneve për goditjen e organizimit të kundërligjshëm të lojërave të fatit.

Në vijim është bashkëpunuar ngushtësisht me oficerët e sigurisë në shkolla, stafet pedagogjike dhe me qeveritë e nxënësve, me qëllim parandalimin e konflikteve dhe fenomeneve negative në shkolla, si dhe për rritjen e parametrave të sigurisë me synim zhvillimin e një procesi mësimor sa më të sigurtë.

Shërbimet e Policisë Rrugore, të mirëpajisura me fjalën e fundit të teknologjisë, kanë intensifikuar monitorimin e akseve rrugore, në prag të sezonit turistik, me qëllimin e vetëm, parandalimin e aksidenteve rrugore dhe lëvizjen e lehtësuar të përdoruesve të rrugës.

-Gjatë këtij muaji, janë vënë në pranga 112 drejtues mjetesh, nga të clët 64 për drejtim të mjetit, nën efektin e alkoolit dhe 48 për drejtim të mjetit, pa leje drejtimi.

-Gjithashtu, janë pezulluar 624 leje drejtimi, nga të cilat 465 për tejkalim të normave të shpejtësisë, 100 për drejtim mjeti, në ndikimin e pijeve alkoolike dhe 59 për qarkullim në sens të kundërt me lëvizjen.

Policia Kufitare ka intensifikuar kontrollet në të gjitha pkk-të e vendit, të bazuara në analizat e riskut, me qëllim qarkullimin e lirë dhe të sigurtë të shtetasve, mallrave dhe shërbimeve, si dhe për garantimin e një sezoni turistik të sigurtë dhe të qetë.

Në këtë kuadër, falë masave të ndërmarra për zbatimin e ligjit dhe të rregullave të lundrimit, përgjatë gjithë vijës bregdetare të vendit, u bllokuan 21 mjete ujore që drejtoheshin në kundërshtim me ligjet dhe me rregullat e lundrimit.

Rreth 111 150 euro të padeklaruara në pikat e kalimit kufitar, u sekuestruan si rezultat i kontrolleve me shërbime të shtuara dhe me asistencën e pajisjeve të teknologjisë bashkëkohore.
