The President of Serbia, Aleksandar Vu?i?, declared in New York that there is no effective solution to the problems in Kosovo, until, according to him, the circumstances in the world change and Serbia can present its demands in accordance with public international law.

"Just as in the modern world there is still no effective cure for cancer, the same is true for our problems regarding 'Kosovo and Metohija'. To keep things under control and to make it possible to live - this is our obligation until the circumstances in the world change, when we are able to submit requests according to the norms of public international law", said Vucic.

The day before, during the meeting of the United Nations Assembly, Vucic accused the Western countries of violating UN norms and violating UN resolution 1244. He said that currently "there is no justice for Serbs in Kosovo".

"When leaders here speak passionately about the need for Ukraine to be free, about respecting the UN and its Charter, resolutions, I wonder why they don't respect the UN Charter and resolution 1244 when it comes to integrity territorial of Serbia", declared Vucic./ CNA
