Putin, in trouble/ Engages soldiers up to 70 years old in the war

Russia has raised the age limit for its soldiers as it prepares 100,000 more men for a new battle in Ukraine.

Ukrainian military officials estimate that Vladimir Putin is creating a new force of soldiers to attack the region located in the north of the country, especially the region around Kupyansk.

Under a recently passed law, reservists with the highest rank can be called up to serve until age 70, up from the previous limit of 65.

Men up to 55 years old can return to the ranks of the army. The previous limit set for this category was 45 years.
