The event that raises doubts / The teenager who did not wear a headscarf was found dead in a subway in Tehran

Another serious event has occurred in Iran, which has attracted the attention of citizens around the world. 

The official version is that Armita Geravandi fainted and hit her head, but there are rumors that she was attacked in a Tehran subway for not wearing a headscarf.

Armita Geravand's death follows her weeks-long coma in Tehran and the one-year anniversary of the death of 22-year-old Mahsa Amini, which sparked nationwide protests at the time.

Iran's state news agency IRNA reported Geravand's death without citing concerns over the headscarf law.

The incident happened seconds after Armita Geravand entered the train on October 1. A friend told Iranian state television that she hit her head on the station platform and then died.

The report by Iranian state television did not release any footage from inside the train and offered no explanation as to why it was not released.
