Iran's Foreign Minister: Hitting civilian structures will not force

Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi said on his X account that "attacking civilian structures, including unfinished bridges, will not force the Iranians to surrender."

Araghchi said the attack on a bridge in Karaj "only conveys the defeat and moral collapse of an enemy in disarray" and what "will never be recovered" is the "damage to America's image."

Araghchi said in a post on X that, in reference to Donald Trump's remark about returning Iran to the "Stone Age," the difference between then and now is that "there was no oil or gas being pumped in the Middle East back then."

"Are the President and the Americans who appointed him to office sure they want to turn back time?" Araghchi said.
