With Trump, a golden era begins/ Orban: We are removing Soros from Europe

Hungarian Prime Minister Victor Orban said in a radio interview that the sanctions imposed by the United States on his minister, Antal Rogan, for corruption only further strengthen the latter's position.

According to Orban, the sanctions against Minister Rogan are just revenge for the outgoing US ambassador. Orban emphasized that Rogan is the guardian of national security in Hungary and his punishment by a great power like America means that he is doing his job well.

Orban further stated that he wants to start a golden period of relations with the US the moment Donald Trump officially takes office as president, while adding that he wants to remove any external threat from Hungary, such as George Soros. Orban said that he wants to remove Soros' influence not only from Hungary, but also from Europe in general. /CNA
