For the first time in 40 years, Trump's speech agenda changes

Donald Trump is preparing to return to the "White House" as he will deliver his inaugural address on Monday, January 20. However, there has recently been a change in the agenda as the 78-year-old's speech will not be held as usual outside the "Capitol", but inside it.

Media in America are reporting that Washington will be hit by freezing weather, and in this case, it is thought that the best option is for the speech to be held indoors.
