Approval for German Chancellor Olaf Scholz has hit a new low of just 18%, according to a recent poll.

In Europe, Scholz is not the only unpopular leader. German Chancellor Olaf Scholz's popularity ratings are some of the lowest ever recorded for a German leader at just 18%, according to a poll published in September by Infratest Dimap.

Although Scholz's popularity is particularly low, other European leaders are not much different, becoming increasingly unpopular in the eyes of their people.

Petr Fiala of the Czech Republic has very low popularity as well. He is only rated at 19%, 1% more than Scolz.

Scolz and Fiala are followed by Petro Sanchez of Spain. His percentage ranking is 31.
