Giorgia Meloni's daughter is threatened

"I wish Meloni's daughter the same luck as the girl from Afragola."

This threatening message, which has been circulating on social media and was reported by Fratelli d'Italia on Instagram, is said to be the work of a professor employed by MIM. The investigation was immediate, announced by the Minister of Education Giuseppe Valditara. Equally immediate was the solidarity across the political spectrum towards the Prime Minister and her daughter, Ginevra. The Prime Minister reacted on social media with a post X.

"This is not a political clash. It is not even anger. It is something darker, indicating a sick climate, an ideological hatred, in which everything seems permissible, even the desire for the death of a child to hit a parent. And it is against this violent climate that politics, all of it, must know how to unite. Because there are boundaries that should never be crossed. And protecting them is a responsibility that goes beyond any affiliation," Meloni writes. 

Politics has united in condemnation and solidarity, starting with the Minister of Education who denounced the incident and demanded immediate investigations, as well as the presidents of the Senate and Chamber, Ignazio La Russa and Lorenzo Fontana and the two deputy prime ministers Antonio Tajani and Matteo Salvini as well as many other political exponents./ CNA
