Davos Forum/ Rubio: Gaza plan is our future

US Secretary of State Marco Rubio delivered his speech at the Davos forum where the agreement for the peace board was signed.

Rubio said that many people thought the situation in Gaza could not be resolved, but Trump had the vision to do the impossible.

Rubio stated that Trump prioritizes long-term peace in Gaza.

The Secretary of State further said that the peace board is the beginning of a new era to show the world what is possible. Rubio said that the peace plan will serve as an example of what is possible in other parts of the world.

 

“ People thought that what was happening in Gaza was unsolvable. Many of the institutions could not do anything. President Trump had the vision and the courage to do the impossible. With the team, he did an extraordinary job with our partners and today we have the peace board. President Trump prioritizes lasting peace in Gaza. It is the beginning of a new era by showing the whole world what can be done. The plan for Gaza is a vision for the region, it is our future. It will serve as an example for us of what is possible in other parts of the world.

"I thank the leaders present and others who will join in the future. Everyone will join because it will be an extraordinary effort. Everything was possible because of the vision and encouragement of the president of the United States ," Rubio said.
