The Italian government approved the decree for immigrants today, which aims to remove obstacles in the implementation of the agreement with Albania.
The Italian Prime Minister, Girogia Meloni, said that our country aims to protect the borders so that no one enters illegally.
Among other things, she added that the Italian government is determined to fight illegal human trafficking.
Meloni appealed to immigrants that they can enter Italy only by following the established rules and procedures.
"We will protect the borders, no one can enter illegally. The fight against illegal immigration is an absolute priority for us to fight those who exploit the legitimate desire of people to find more favorable living conditions. The government is determined to dismantle these criminal networks and eradicate illegal human trafficking. Our commitment follows the fundamental principle.
