US Intelligence Report: Israel is preparing to strike Iran

Two US intelligence documents reveal that Israel is preparing to strike Iran. It is reported that the documents were prepared in recent days by a special department of the US Department of Defense, responsible for analyzing images and information collected by American spy satellites.

One of the documents is titled "Israel: Air Force Continues Preparations to Strike Iran" and describes recent drills that appeared to be evidence of such an attack.

The second document details how Israel changes the deployment of its missiles and weapons in case Iran responds with strikes of its own.

Officials appeared divided on the seriousness of the leaked documents, which describe but do not show satellite images. They also privately acknowledged the documents were authentic, although both the Department of Defense department that prepared the documents and the Office of the Director of National Intelligence declined to comment./ CNA
