As reported by local media, a deceased candidate was also voted in the race for the municipality of Gjakova.
We are talking about candidate Nikoll Perkaj from the Albanian Democratic National Front Party.
From the completion of the ballot counting, Perkaj appears to have received 53 votes or 0.13%.
