A second attack has been launched on a British military base in Cyprus. According to Cypriot government spokesman Konstantinos Letymbiotis, two unmanned drones heading towards RAF Akrotiri have been successfully intercepted.
"Two unmanned aerial vehicles moving towards the British Bases in Akrotiri were stopped in time," his post on "X" said.

An hour earlier, air raid sirens were heard at the base, which was attacked last night by Iranian drones targeting the military base's runway. Earlier, it was reported that families living at a British military base on the Mediterranean island of Cyprus were being evacuated after a single-tracked attack drone hit the site late Sunday, causing minimal damage.
The UK Ministry of Defence said the relocation of dependents was a precautionary measure, adding that the Royal Air Force airbase at Akrotiri remains fully operational, protecting Britain's security and interests. /CNA
