Writer and scholar, Rexhep Qosja, in a long article lists some of the reasons why at the age of 89, he will not hesitate but will go and exercise his right to vote in Kosovo, for the second time after 2000. He emphasizes that Prime Minister Albin Kurti restored Kosovo's sovereignty in its North and cleansed it of Serbian criminal groups.
