"Martyrs are honored by strengthening the army"/ Kurti: The enemy

Kosovo Prime Minister Albin Kurti continued his campaign meetings a week before the February 9 elections. Speaking in Lipjan, Kurti stressed that the best way to honor the nation's martyrs is by strengthening the state and the army so that the enemy does not dare to approach again in the future.

"We are in Lipjan, which has given much to the development and culture of our country, has sacrificed during the war. From the municipality of Lipjan, we have 21 martyrs and 170 martyrs, glory to them and all the martyrs of our nation.

We must not forget the genocide, we demand from the judiciary and the prosecution to punish and judge. There should be no criminals at large and there should be no victims who are not rehabilitated.

The best way to remember these martyrs is by strengthening our state, our army, so that no one in the future will ever dare to attack it, because it will turn out much worse than they can imagine.

"We will always be by your side regardless of who governs in the municipality of Lipjan, the budget is about 50% higher here in Lipjan. We have also developed investments because we want the work to be at the center and the fruits of the work to be distributed everywhere, especially here in Lipjan where there is a lot of fertile land," Kurti said. /CNA
