"Russia only knows how to take lives"/ Zelensky after the attack: Russia must be forced to make peace

A Russian attack on a residential building in Sumy killed 9 people and injured 13. President Zelenskyy called on the world to respond to any such terrorist act by Russia.

"A typical residential building was destroyed. Nine people were killed, my condolences to all the families. Thirteen people were injured, including a child. Everyone is being provided with the necessary assistance."

I would like to thank every rescuer, every medical worker, and all the police officers who are helping. The most effective way is to support our people and our country.

"We must continue to pressure Russia and not succumb to Moscow's manipulations, whether political or media. We must force Russia to peace," Zelensky said. /CNA
