Albulena Haxhiu: We demand the dismissal of judge Radomir Llaban, the

Acting Minister Albulena Haxhiu, in a statement to the media in Kosovo, has called for the dismissal of judge Radomir Llabani, following the Constitutional Court's decision to hold an open vote on the constitution of the Kosovo Assembly.

According to Haxhiu, Llaban is paid for from the Serbian state budget and the authorities have provided materials for this.

She stated that the prosecution is pursuing this matter and Llaban will receive the punishment he deserves.

On the other hand, according to Haxhiu, the Constitutional Court's decision constitutes a very serious problem.

"We call on the prosecution to issue the results regarding Llaban, and the court to issue a warrant for his dismissal. The Kosovo police have been notified, because the authorities have obtained materials on Llaban. The prosecution is pursuing this matter and Llaban will receive the deserved punishment. For me, the decision of the Constitutional Court constitutes a very serious problem," said Albulena Haxhiu, among others./ CNA
