A sewage pipe has become the cause of conflict between two families in the village of Zhupan in Fier. One of the families, that of Driza, complained to the show Stop about this problem.

Due to the border of the properties and a water pipe, the situation between them has worsened so much that the neighbor Zagoll Meçe throws feces, chases and insults the other party.

The whistleblower Alije Driza says that because of the violent neighbor, they do not use the toilet, but go to another neighbor's house to do their personal needs.

Whistleblower Alije Driza: Since March 2023, my family's sewage and white water discharge pipe has been blocked by my neighbor, I went there, I spoke to them, I notified the municipality, and they sent the all-powerful inspector of the area. The neighbor says the pipe runs through my yard. In fact, it has been there for 40 years. The gentleman had a wall that limited him to this public space, he has torn it to pieces. When we came from Greece to repair the house, he had completely blocked the road. I notified the municipality, the municipal officials came, opened the road, I brought the materials, fixed the house, brought the spoils. He spent a few months and erected a shack in this square in front of our apartments. We don't use our bathroom because he blocked the pipe there. Where he says that the well is, the kitchen and bathroom waters are combined and exit the main pipe and flow where they flow. We don't use the bathroom, we've been using the bathroom for 1 year or so. We can't even go out to the yard because he says don't throw water there because I'll fill my mouth with feces, he insults me. He got ahead of the man 2-3 times, followed him to the middle of the village. Several times he did not go to work. I am yes. Security cameras have recorded some of the moments when Zagoll Meçe commits indecent acts against neighbors and their property by throwing feces.

About this situation, the Stop journalist talked to the administrator of the Center unit, Eraldi Qirio, who was aware of the conflict between the neighbors. He says that the case has been verified, but the unit has no sewage system.

Eraldi Qirio, administrator of the Center Unit: In the beginning, it was about their properties, the limitation of their properties, and then the issue escalated into a sewage pipeline. This sewage pipe served the family of Mr. Flamur Driza. The pipeline was damaged some time ago, as claimed by Mr. Flagur. We have verified the case in question. We have no sewage system. We have recommended to the citizen Flamur Driza that, according to the law, he should build a septic tank. We have referred the case in question to the municipality and the Water and Sewerage Company.
