On May 16, 2019, we brought the concern of Merita Lika, who at the end of three years of study at Ufo University, now Albanian University, was told that she could not graduate because she did not have a matriculation number.

Although the university was aware of Merita's average from the beginning, it let the student suffer for 3 years by finally offering her to graduate as a dental laboratory.

5 years later, Merita tells us that she went to court for compensation. Verbally, the judge Manjola Xhaxho told her that she approved the amount of compensation of 3800 Euros, but as if the ridiculous amount was not enough, the decision has not been disclosed, therefore Merita cannot appeal.

Merita Lika: After I finished 3 years, they canceled my schooling, which I had done. I asked to be compensated and I decided to go to court. In the last trial they decided that I should receive only 3800 Euros as compensation, the payment of the years, which I had made for 3 years.

Journalist: After the decision was given verbally, did you also receive the clarified decision?

Merita Lika: No! I have not yet been provided with the clarified decision, it was given to me as an option orally, but not in writing. I only ask that he give me something in writing that I want to submit to the Appeal. The judge who judged my case is Manjola Xhaxho. For a year, Judge Manjola Xhaxho has not disclosed the decision so that I can appeal it, hoping that in the Court of Appeal, I will receive the requested compensation.

"Stop" turned to the Secretariat of the Court of First Instance, where we were told that the file is still with judge Xhaxho, who has not submitted it as completed, even though the deadline for clarifying the decisions is 20 days.
