CNA has provided another such message in a Whats Up group. This time it is Ermal Kapllanaj, the Director of the Municipal Police of Tirana who has given an ultimatum to subordinates to like and share Veliaj's short film.

And this is not the first time that Kapllanaj orders municipal police officers to make propaganda for Veliaj.

A few days ago, CNA published several messages, where the director of the Municipal Police ordered the employees to make as many "likes" as possible for the activity of Erion Veliaj and the municipality of Tirana.

It should be emphasized once again that such an action violates Article 16 of the Municipal Police Law, which states that the Municipal Police employee must not publicly express his political beliefs or preferences during the exercise of his duties.
