All roads to the incinerator lead to Erion Veliaj

Incinerators are a centuries-old affair, the biggest corruption pit in more than three decades.

An affair that starts with Elbasan, where we have a non-functioning oil boiler, continues with Fier where we have an incinerator, which has not been completed and as a result does not function, and ends in Tirana where the greatest corruption occurred , after 128 million euros were paid and the incinerator simply does not exist, but as we have reported, it is just a large garbage pit on the verge of disaster that does not burn garbage, but only "burns" the money of Albanian citizens and the state budget .

A corrupt affair, about one billion euros, with expert projections and calculations that began with a concession contract of 300 million euros for the construction of an incinerator, where almost 60-70 million euros were paid by the Albanian state and are still being paid through the Municipality of Tirana for an incinerator that does not exist and was never built.

A scandalous concession contract, a clean affair that year after year showed that two instruments close to the government like Mirel Mërtiri and Klodian Zoto were hiding behind the company “Integrated Energy” in the Netherlands, now called “Geogenix”. This is the first part, the incinerator.

An investigation has been underway for years, hundreds of thousands of documents submitted by the opposition, by politics, by the media for a corrupt scheme involving high-ranking Albanian state officials, directors, former directors, a former minister is behind bars and is serving a sentence, also a former Secretary General is in prison convicted for the affair, other directors and officials are in prison and under investigation. We still do not have an indictment for the Tirana incinerator affair for the mayor of Tirana, Erion Veliaj, who is in Durrës prison on 13 charges for serious criminal offenses, who is implicated in this affair.

Erion Veliaj is the man who requested the construction of the Tirana incinerator.

You have this in the video, in which you can hear him say that he is the one who asked Prime Minister Edi Rama to build an incinerator, to provide funds for the Tirana landfill, and precisely for an incinerator that does not exist.

 


CNA ka publikuar një shkresë të Erion Veliajt në cilësinë e kryebashkiakut të Tiranës, që i përket marsit të vitit 2017, drejtuar Alqi Bllakos në atë kohë sekretar i Përgjithshëm i Ministrisë së Mjedisit ku shprehet se është dakord me çmimin 29 euro/ton për mbetje.

-Erion Veliaj sabotoi në mënyrë të vazhdueshme dhe të pandalshme funksionin e Njësisë së Zbatimit që do të kontrollonte gjithçka që ndodhte.

Veliaj firmosi shkresën duke shmangur Këshillin Bashkiak, pasi nuk mund të vendoste dot me qejfin e tij nëse do të ndërtohej apo jo inceneratori, ka detyrime ligjore pushteti vendor, janë të mirëpërcaktuara se si veprohet.

-CNA ka publikuar një tjetër dokument që implikon Veliajn në aferën e inceneratorit të Tiranës, që në fakt të çon në një aferë tjetër që është ajo e dherave.

Dokumenti firmoset nga drejtorët e Erion Veliajt dhe çon rreth 60 milionë euro në xhepat e kompanisë së inceneratorit të Tiranës, të tjera para këto që paguhen nga biznesi, por në fakt u faturohen qytetarëve në kosto në blerjen e apartamenteve apo punimeve të ndryshme që zhvillohen.

Erioni në këtë rast nuk ka firmosur vetë, ka vënë vartësit e tij, të cilët kanë përdorur edhe vulën e Bashkisë së Tiranës.

Edhe në këtë dokument që na tregon se si i jepen 60 milionë euro kompanisë së inceneratorit të Tiranës që nuk ekziston duke shfrytëzuar resurset shtetërore, kapacitetet e Bashkisë Tiranë, për të mbushur xhepat e një privati.

-Inaugurohet një kopsht, një shkollë në Tiranë, dhe Erion Veliaj shfaqet në foto me Giuseppe Ciaffaglione-n, administratorin e dytë të kompanisë.

Dalin mesazhet e Mirel Mërtirit dhe Klodian Zotos, të cilët habiten se nuk kanë dijeni që po inaugurohet shkolla, pasi Erioni e ka bërë sipas kokës së tij.

Fakti tjetër është që kompania e inceneratorëve vendos instalacione duke paguar bashkëshorten e Veliajt, Ajola Xoxën dhe artistë, të cilët në fakt nuk ekzistojnë më, janë zhdukur ashtu siç nuk ekziston dhe inceneratori.

Përveç Veliajt, ka lidhje që çojnë edhe Ajola Xoxën te landfilli i Sharrës dhe inceneratori i Tiranës.

Lidhja e parë

Ajola Xoxa asistonte kompaninë “MEG Albania”, përgatiti dokumentet për kompaninë që të merrte biznesin e mbetjeve në landfillin e Sharrës, vetëm pak muaj pas vrasjes së Ardit Gjoklajt në 2017, në kohën kur kryetar i Bashkisë Tiranë ishte bashkëshorti i saj, Erion Veliaj.

Lidhja e dytë

In April 2024, CNA published a contract related to the promotion of a contemporary artist, Sislej Xhafa, who used Ajola Xoxa's "Harabelin" to promote his work "Bleta".

From the CNA investigation, it was discovered that funds for the curation, promotion and installation of the work were made available to "Harabel" by "Integrated Energy", the incinerator company.

So, all these facts that we have listed above only show one great truth that all roads to the incinerator that does not exist lead to Erion Veliaj. / CNA
