Scandalous/Shame on healthcare personnel, they are not paid their salaries

Healthcare is embroiled in a scandal. Thousands of QSUT employees, including doctors, nurses, sanitation workers, staff and personnel, have not yet received their salaries for December 2025.

The situation is scandalous and repeated, showing not only poor management, but also a profound disrespect for the work and sacrifice of healthcare personnel.

Today is January 21st and the doctors still have not received their salary for the previous month.

Doctors and nurses who face patients every day, fight for their lives, have to wait to receive their December salary, facing financial difficulties for their families. Not to mention the extra hours worked by white shirts.

The responsible institutions have not offered any concrete solutions. This continuous mismanagement not only demoralizes the staff, but also jeopardizes the normal functioning of the QSUT and the service to citizens.

The healthcare system needs transparency, accountability, and serious planning, otherwise this cycle of delays and scandals will continue, while those who keep healthcare afloat, doctors and nurses, remain victims of an incompetent administration.
