The show "Plug" published the document on Wednesday, which adds to the implications of Erion Veliaj in the waste affair. At the shareholders' meeting of January 30, 2018, Erion Veliaj undertook to negotiate the sale of the shares that MEG Albania of Vladimir Fezgës had in the company Eco Recycling, which were bought by the incinerator company of Sharra. The document raises questions about the intervention of the municipality of Tirana in a financial transaction between two completely private companies. also, "Plug" denounced the involvement of Ajola Xoxa in the incinerator of Tirana, hiding behind the installation of works of art with her cultural association "Harabel".

After a series of shows, denouncing with facts the corruption in the municipality of Tirana, through the incinerator and the "5D" scheme, the "Plug" show, on Wednesday evening, denounced the complete money laundering scheme in the institution headed by Erion Veliaj.

Plug indicated that Veliaj was the initiator of the waste affair, starting cooperation in 2013 with the Italian company AMIA Verona, where the negotiation mediator was Vladimir Fezgaj. The latter was rewarded by Erion Veliaj by becoming part of the recycling business in Sharre, becoming a co-shareholder with the municipality of Tirana in the company Eco Recyling.

Fezgaj continued the business with Veliaj until 2018, when he sold the shares of Eco Recycling to the incinerator company.

For this transaction, "Plug" published an exclusive document, which shows that it was the municipality of Tirana headed by Erion Veliaj, which undertook to negotiate the transfer of Eco Recycling shares from Vladimir Fezgaj to the incinerator company.

It is now up to the investigative bodies to clarify this commitment of the municipality of Tirana in a financial relationship between two private companies, as was the case of the company MEG Albania and the incinerator company Integrated Energy BV Spv.

Plug also showed the scheme involving Ajola Xoxa, Erion Veliaj's wife, in the remains affair.

Ajola Xoxa, used the cultural association "Harabel" to engage in a cooperative relationship with Tirana's incinerator company, Integrated Energy BV SPV. The latter agreed that Ajola Xoxa's "Sparrow" should place an old window, described as a work of contemporary art, made by the artist Sislej Xhafa in the Sharra landfill.

In order to avoid a direct relationship with the incinerator of Sharra, the company of Mirel Mërtir and Klodian Zoto signed a cooperation agreement directly with the artist from Kosovo.

But, in the contract, it was specified that the work of art titled "Bee" was owned by "Harabel" of Ajola Xoxa, and the latter had exclusive rights over this work.

Also, in the contract, financial relations were foreseen, camouflaged with the maintenance of the work and its care by the incinerator company.

In the program, the money laundering schemes in the incinerator were also brought up, where after the ownership it is suspected to be Russian and Iranian companies, which "Plug" has denounced earlier.

In the money laundering scheme, which is headed by Erion Veliajn, there was also the denunciation of "5D", which invested the proceeds of corruption through public tenders in the construction sector.

About these issues, expert Zef Preçi commented on the program, who says that everything has been made known to the mayor of Tirana, Erion Veliaj.
