With the beginning of the new school year, the problems began.

The fiction focused on an issue raised by some parents from the 9-year-old Bishqem school in Peqin.

They sent a form to the editors asking parents to donate to the school. These lek would go to fixing and welding school benches, detergents for washing the school, didactic tools as well as paying for the sanitary facilities.

Fiksi contacted these parents who wanted to remain anonymous and claimed that they had been asked for 2000-2500 new lek.

Fiksi went to this public school where he met and directly asked its director Kelmend Cani, who affirmed that the form was made as a request of the school's board of parents. He stated that the main problem of the school he has been leading for several years is its cleaning.

So they have to pay for a bathroom as well as the hygiene package (which includes detergents). He says that the list is formulated incorrectly as they do not need bank adjustment or welding. Regarding the point of purchasing didactic tools, he asks the Fiks journalist to follow him in one of the classes where he tells her that the money is needed to buy paper, paints for students who draw, as well as tools for students with disabilities.

In the video, he says that he is sorry for the complaint made by his parents and says that " I don't know who was so sorry for 300-400 lek to give him for school" . Meanwhile, the Fiks journalist intervenes and tells her that the parents have mentioned other figures ranging from 2000-2500 ALL.

"We don't receive any money, whoever contributes, let me do it, we pay the cleaning lady with it", the director emphasizes. He explains that he has applied to the municipality for a toilet, but nothing has been done yet. He also says that over the years, about 700,000 old leks have been collected from the students, plus the contributions made by the teachers themselves, which went towards the annual payment of the sanitary facilities.

Fiksi addressed the Peqin Municipality, where Genci Gripshi, director of Sports Education, said that there is no such request filed by the director of the school in question, but in any case, this is how it works in all schools.

" No school has sanitary facilities, as we also received this system from the ministry. We have left them as they were handed to us." Regarding the hygiene package, he claimed that the distributions in schools have not yet been made as the budget has not yet been approved.

But Fiksi also saw closely the conditions of the oldest school in this city. The "Adem Bedalli" school with 400 children is in scandalous conditions, and from the images broadcast on the show, it seemed that this school had not been used for a long time.

Fallen plaster, cracked walls, broken tables and chairs. The classroom without doors and windows and the toilets outside the school and without water, in a deplorable condition. Fiksi called the principal of this school to find out what investment had been made in it for this new school year, but the latter requested the questions by e-mail.

While the director Gripshi, when asked about the conditions of this school, affirmed that it is a school that requires immediate intervention from the beginning since the building is very depreciated. But even though this school has welcomed this new school year full of 400 students, no measure has been taken for it and the reason is " There is no budget".
