The citizen is required to pay another 867 dollars. He reported the case to the economic crime and to the prosecutor's office, but the car continues to remain blocked at the port.

Complainant: I was in America myself, in the month of August, I made a purchase of a Mercedes-Benz vehicle, C 300, in 2011. I bought the vehicle, after paying the owner of the vehicle and receiving the sales contract in hand , I searched on the Internet to find a transport company, from America with a container, to bring it to the Port of Durrës. After I found it, I spoke with "Monte Cristo", with administrator Edmond Zykaj, with whom I agreed with an amount of 800 dollars, for payment, for the service he would perform. The vehicle arrived at the Port of Durrës, I contacted Mr. Mirjan Jahja, with whom we agreed on the payment, who asked me for 40 thousand old lek and 210 euros for lowering the container, a service for which they should be paid. I also made the customs payment, 1 million and 85 thousand ALL. On the 31st, there are claims for an obligation, which I owed on what I had paid up to these moments. It was a value of $867, which is related to an overbilling and a fine is considered. Once it was presented to me as weighing the container, once it was suspected of control. These gentlemen have claimed to the point that, if you do not pay this fine, we will not give you the vehicle and you will not see the vehicle again. I went to the economic crime, I made a report to the economic crime, I was informed that the case has passed to the prosecutor's office.

The citizen communicates with the private customs agent, Mirjan Jahja, who has followed the customs clearance procedure, but the latter forwards him to the "Monte Cristo" transport company.

The whistleblower had a communication with the owner of the transport company, Edmond Zykaj, which ended with swearing and insults.

Edmond Zykaj: There are 3 of us in the container, it is divided into three.

Complainant: It doesn't matter that the fine is not individual, you received the fine.

Edmond Zykaj: I'm speaking Albanian for hours, I've been speaking Albanian with you for 3-4 hours.

Complainant: Oh, I'm speaking Albanian too. It's not my fault that you get a fine, the container there, what do you say up and down. Everyone here who says: "There is no chance, if the container was loaded, it does not sit anymore, even where there is an expert report".

Edmond Zykaj: Sisters, tell those who said that to you. Listen here, I've been patient! Sisters, tell those who told you that they don't understand at all!

Whistleblower: Sure?

Edmond Zykaj: Yes, I know!

Whistleblower: You will be responsible for all of these, because they are recorded.

Edmond Zykaj: I don't even shave at all, keep giving directions, because you've tired us since the morning.

Then Zykaj called the journalist of "Stop" who was following the case, but still did not give up the claim that the citizen should pay 1/3 of the fine, which the container received.

From the General Directorate of Customs, we were confirmed that the vehicle is held for the account of two private individuals, the customs agent and the transport company, since the customs clearance procedure has been completed for the customs department. /tvclan
